Job Summary
Seasonal Property Operations Support needed for apartment turnover periods (4-8 weeks) as temporary staff. Responsibilities include maintenance tasks (painting, drywall repairs, caulking, power washing), inspections documentation, light housekeeping, grounds maintenance, and potential administrative assistance (opening/closing and organizing office/clubhouse), plus handling packages. Must be able to lift up to 100 lbs, stand for long periods, and demonstrate strong customer service. Employment is full-time or part-time temporary with no visa sponsorship.
Required Qualifications
- All-in attitude and eagerness to help in a variety of capacities
- Good communication skills and a strong customer service mindset
- Willing and able to lift and move equipment, trash bags, and other miscellaneous items both indoors and outdoors
- Must be 18 years of age or older by date of start
- Extensive mobility including the ability to lift 100 lbs. as necessary
- Ability to stand for long periods of time (8 hours or more) and perform bending, kneeling, climbing stairs
