Job Summary
Seasonal Property Operations Support needed to assist with apartment turnover during a 4-8 week period. Responsibilities include maintenance tasks such as painting, minor drywall repairs, replacing batteries, light bulbs, blinds and doors, caulking, power washing, trash removal, and furniture removal/install. Also involved in apartment inspections with documentation of unit condition, light housekeeping, grounds maintenance, and potential general administrative duties (opening/closing and organizing the office, clubhouse, and amenities; logging and retrieving packages). Requires good communication and a customer-service mindset, physical ability to lift up to 100 lbs, and frequent mobility; must be 18+ with the ability to stand for 8+ hours.
