Job Summary
Seasonal Property Operations Support needed to assist with apartment turnover during a 4-8 week period. Responsibilities include maintenance tasks (painting, drywall repairs, replacing batteries, light bulbs, blinds/doors, caulking, power washing), trash and furniture removal, participating in apartment inspections, light housekeeping, grounds maintenance, and possible general administrative support (office/clubhouse/amenities management, filing, package handling). Must be able to lift up to 100 lbs, engage in extensive physical activity, and work in a fast-paced turnover environment. 18+ years old; equal employment opportunity employer. Based in Harrisonburg, VA, within the United States.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- ability to lift and move equipment, trash bags, and other items
- physical mobility and the ability to stand for long periods (up to 8+ hours)
- willingness to perform maintenance, housekeeping, and light administrative tasks
- good communication and customer service mindset
- eligible to work in the United States (visa sponsorship not available)
