Job Summary
Seasonal Property Operations Support to assist with apartment turnover for a 4-8 week period. You will perform maintenance tasks (painting, drywall repairs, replacing batteries, light bulbs, blinds and doors, caulking, power washing), participate in apartment inspections and document unit condition, perform light housekeeping, help keep grounds clean, and may provide general administrative assistance (office/clubhouse/amenities). The role requires physical activity including lifting up to 100 lbs, long periods of standing, and mobility for various repair or cleaning tasks. Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the United States; the employer does not sponsor visas. This is for temporary, temporary-full-time/staff support during the turnover period in Raleigh, North Carolina.
Required Qualifications
- All-in attitude and an eagerness to help in a variety of capacities!
- Good communication skills and a strong customer service mindset.
- Willing and able to lift and move equipment, trash bags, and other miscellaneous items both indoors and outdoors. Frequent physical movement is expected.
- Must be 18 years of age or older by date of start.
- Extensive mobility including the ability to lift 100 lbs. as necessary, as well as ability to kneel, crouch, crawl and climb to reach items in need of repair
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time (8 hours or more per day) to perform the following physical activities: bending, climbing step ladders, lifting, carrying, grasping, gripping, turning, reaching above shoulders, pushing and pulling, climbing stairs; stooping and squat kneel.
