Job Summary
Seasonal Property Operations Support for The Scion Group to assist with apartment turnover during 4-8 weeks, performing maintenance duties (painting, drywall, caulking, power washing, trash/furniture removal), move-in/move-out inspections, light housekeeping, grounds keeping, and possible administrative tasks (office/clubhouse management, package logging). Must be able to lift and move items, stand for long periods, and work in a physically demanding environment; role promotes equal employment opportunities; visa sponsorship is not available.
