Job Summary
Support the apartment turnover process for The Scion Group during 4-8 week periods with both full-time and part-time temporary roles. Perform miscellaneous maintenance tasks (painting, drywall, batteries, light bulbs, blinds, doors, caulking, power washing), assist in apartment inspections and documentation of unit condition, provide light housekeeping, help keep grounds clean, and may offer general administrative support (office/clubhouse/amenities logistics, filing, package handling). Must be able to lift up to 100 lbs and engage in extensive mobility; 18+ years old; strong teamwork and customer-service orientation; physical duties across indoor/outdoor settings. Required Qualifications
- Willing and able to lift and move equipment and materials (e.g., trash bags, equipment)
- Frequent physical movement and ability to stand/sustain activity for extended periods
- Good communication skills and customer service mindset
- 18 years of age or older by start date
- Ability to perform maintenance tasks (painting, drywall repairs, caulking, power washing, etc.) and light housekeeping
