Job Summary
Temporary property turnover support performing maintenance tasks (painting, drywall repairs, replacing batteries and light bulbs, blinds, doors; caulking; power washing; trash and furniture removal), assist with apartment inspections and documentation of unit condition, light housekeeping, grounds maintenance, and possible general administrative support (office/clubhouse/amenities). Requires physical mobility, ability to lift up to 100 lbs, kneel/crouch/climb, stand for long periods, and operate in a fast-paced 4–8 week turnover period; location Bloomington, IN area. No visa sponsorship.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older by start date
- Ability to lift and move equipment, trash bags, and other items; frequent physical movement
- Willing and able to perform maintenance tasks (painting, drywall repairs, caulking, power washing, etc.)
- Ability to stand for long periods (8+ hours)
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs as needed
