Job Summary
Seasonal Property Operations Support for apartment turnover: provide maintenance and housekeeping tasks during 4-8 week turnover window. Responsibilities include painting, minor drywall repairs, replacing batteries and light bulbs, blinds and doors, caulking, power washing, trash and furniture removal, assisting with apartment inspections and documenting unit condition, light housekeeping, grounds cleanup, and possible general administrative support (opening/closing offices, clubhouse, and amenities; organizing files; logging/retrieving packages). Required is a flexible, all-hands attitude, strong customer service, ability to lift/move items (up to 100 lbs), and comfort with extensive physical activity; must be 18+ and eligible to work in the United States. The role is full-time or part-time temporary with no visa sponsorship offered.
Required Qualifications
- All-in attitude and an eagerness to help in a variety of capacities
- Good communication skills and a strong customer service mindset
- Willing and able to lift and move equipment, trash bags, and other miscellaneous items both indoors and outdoors. Frequent physical movement is expected
- Must be 18 years of age or older by date of start
- Extensive mobility including the ability to lift 100 lbs. as necessary, kneel, crouch, crawl and climb to reach items in need of repair
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time (8 hours or more per day) to perform physical activities such as bending, climbing ladders, lifting, carrying, grasping, reaching above shoulders, etc.
