Temporary maintenance and operations support for apartment turnover, including painting, drywall repairs, light housekeeping, grounds maintenance, and potential administrative tasks to support move-out/move-in experiences; requires physical mobility and ability to lift up to 100 lbs, strong communication, and willingness to perform a variety of duties across maintenance, housekeeping, and office functions.
Required Qualifications
