Seasonal Property Operations Support

Job Summary
Temporary seasonal property turnover support for apartment turnover period (4-8 weeks) performing maintenance tasks (painting, drywall repairs, batteries, lighting, blinds, doors, caulking, power washing, trash/furniture removal), assisting with apartment inspections and documentation, light housekeeping, grounds maintenance, and potential light administrative duties (opening/closing office/clubhouse, organizing files, managing packages). Must be able to lift up to 100 lbs, stand long hours, and be at least 18+ years old. Equal employment opportunity employer.
Required Qualifications
- All-in attitude and eagerness to help in a variety of capacities
- Good communication skills and strong customer service mindset
- Willing and able to lift and move equipment, trash bags, and other miscellaneous items both indoors and outdoors
- Must be 18 years of age or older by date of start
- Extensive mobility including the ability to lift 100 lbs. as necessary, as well as ability to kneel, crouch, crawl and climb to reach items in need of repair
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time (8 hours or more per day)
