Job Summary
Temporary seasonal property operations support for apartment turnover at The Scion Group. Responsibilities include maintenance tasks (painting, drywall repairs, replacing batteries, light bulbs, blinds, doors, caulking, power washing, trash/furniture removal), participating in apartment inspections and documenting unit condition, light housekeeping, grounds maintenance, and potential general administrative assistance (opening/closing offices, clubhouse, amenities, filing). 4-8 weeks duration; positions available as full-time and part-time temporary staff.
Required Qualifications
- All-in attitude and eagerness to help in a variety of capacities
- Good communication skills and a strong customer service mindset
- Willing and able to lift and move equipment, trash bags, and other miscellaneous items both indoors and outdoors
- Frequent physical movement is expected
- Must be 18 years of age or older by date of start
- Extensive mobility including the ability to lift 100 lbs. as necessary, as well as ability to kneel, crouch, crawl and climb to reach items in need of repair
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time (8 hours or more per day) to perform physical activities such as bending, climbing stairs, lifting, carrying, etc.
- The employer requires eligibility to work in the United States and does not sponsor visas
