Job Summary
Temporary full-time and part-time staff needed to support apartment turnover (4-8 weeks) at The Scion Group. Responsibilities include painting, drywall repairs, replacing batteries/light bulbs, blinds/doors work, caulking, power washing, trash and furniture removal, assisting with apartment inspections and documentation of unit condition, light housekeeping, grounds maintenance, and potential general administrative tasks (office/clubhouse/amenities organization, package logging). Requires ability to lift up to 100 lbs, frequent bending, standing for long periods, and strong customer service mindset. Must be eligible to work in the United States; visa sponsorship not offered.
Required Qualifications
- All-in attitude and an eagerness to help in a variety of capacities!
- Good communication skills and a strong customer service mindset.
- Willing and able to lift and move equipment, trash bags, and other miscellaneous items both indoors and outdoors. Frequent physical movement is expected.
- Must be 18 years of age or older by date of start.
- Extensive mobility including the ability to lift 100 lbs. as necessary, as well as ability to kneel, crouch, crawl and climb to reach items in need of repair
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time (8 hours or more per day) to perform the following physical activities: bending, climbing step ladders, lifting, carrying, grasping, gripping, turning, reaching above shoulders, pushing and pulling, climbing stairs; stooping and squat kneel.
