Job Summary
Temporary seasonal Property Operations Support role assisting with apartment turnover (4-8 weeks) at The Scion Group. Responsibilities include miscellaneous maintenance (painting, light drywall repairs, replacing batteries, light bulbs, blinds, doors, caulking, power washing, trash and furniture removal), participating in apartment inspections and documenting unit condition, light housekeeping, grounds maintenance, and potential administrative help (opening/closing offices and managing packages). Requires physical mobility, ability to lift up to 100 lbs, and comfort working in both indoor and outdoor environments. Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available. The role is full-time and part-time temporary, intended to support the turnover period, with duties spanning maintenance, operations, and basic office support.
Required Qualifications
- All-in attitude and eagerness to help in a variety of capacities
- Good communication skills and a strong customer service mindset
- Willing and able to lift and move equipment, trash bags, and other miscellaneous items both indoors and outdoors
- Must be 18 years of age or older by date of start
- Frequent physical movement expected
- Extensive mobility including the ability to lift 100 lbs. as necessary
- Ability to stand for long periods (8+ hours) and perform bending, climbing, lifting, carrying, reaching
- Must be able to perform duties indoors and outdoors as part of maintenance, housekeeping, and administrative tasks
