Job Summary
Seasonal Property Operations Support needed to help with apartment turnover during a 4-8 week period. Responsibilities include maintenance tasks such as painting, minor drywall repairs, replacing batteries, light bulbs, blinds and doors, caulking, power washing, trash removal and furniture removal/install; assist in apartment inspections and document overall unit condition; perform light housekeeping; help keep grounds clean; may provide general administrative assistance including opening/closing and maintaining the office/clubhouse/amenities, and organizing files. Must be willing to perform a variety of duties with a strong emphasis on customer service and teamwork; physical demands include lifting and moving items, standing for long periods, and mobility to access work areas.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older by start date
- Willing and able to lift and move equipment, trash bags and other items
- Frequent physical movement; ability to stand for long periods (8+ hours)
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs as needed
- Good communication and customer service mindset
- Eligible to work in the United States; visa sponsorship not available
