Job Summary
Temporary property-operations support during apartment turnover (4-8 weeks) handling maintenance tasks (painting, drywall, batteries, light bulbs, blinds, doors, caulking, power washing), supporting inspections and documentation of unit condition, light housekeeping, grounds cleanup, and possible administrative tasks (opening/closing offices, clubhouse, amenities; filing; package handling). Must be able to lift up to 100 lbs and be capable of extensive mobility, standing for long periods, and performing physical tasks across indoor/outdoor environments.
