Job Summary
Seasonal temporary staff to support apartment turnover during a 4-8 week period. Responsibilities include painting, minor drywall repairs, replacing batteries and light bulbs, blinds, doors, caulking, power washing, trash removal, and furniture removal/installation. Also assist with apartment inspections and documentation of overall unit condition, light housekeeping, grounds maintenance, and potential general administrative tasks such as opening/closing and maintaining the office, clubhouse, and amenities, and handling customer packages. Requires good communication and a strong customer-service mindset, plus the physical ability to lift up to 100 lbs and endure long periods of standing and movement.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older by date of start
- Willing and able to lift and move equipment, trash bags, and other miscellaneous items both indoors and outdoors. Frequent physical movement is expected.
- Extensive mobility including the ability to lift 100 lbs. as necessary
- Able to stand for long periods (8 hours or more) and perform bending, climbing ladders, etc.
