Seasonal property operations support for The Scion Group during apartment turnover (4-8 weeks) focusing on maintenance, inspections, light housekeeping, grounds care, and potential administrative tasks to ensure a smooth move-out/move-in experience for residents.
Required Qualifications
- All-in attitude and eagerness to help in a variety of capacities
- Good communication skills
- Strong customer service mindset
- Willing and able to lift/move equipment and items both indoors and outdoors
- Frequent physical movement
- Must be 18 years of age or older by start date
- Extensive mobility including ability to lift 100 lbs and perform various physical activities (standing for 8+ hours, climbing, bending, etc.)
