Job Summary
Seasonal property turnover support role performing maintenance tasks (painting, drywall repairs, batteries, bulbs, blinds, doors, caulking, power washing), light housekeeping, and grounds/office/amenities upkeep. Includes apartment inspections documentation, and potential administrative duties (opening/closing/organization of office and packages). Must be able to lift up to 100 lbs, stand for long periods, and work physically in Chapel Hill, NC during the 4–8 week turnover period.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older by start date
- Ability to lift and move equipment, trash bags, and other items both indoors and outdoors; frequent physical movement
- Mobility to kneel, crouch, crawl, climb, and stand for long periods; able to perform bending, ladders, lifting, carrying, pushing/pulling, and climbing stairs
- Excellent communication and customer service mindset
- Willingness to help in a variety of capacities and perform administrative tasks as needed
