Job Summary
Temporary, full-time or part-time staff needed to support apartment turnover (4-8 weeks) for move-out/move-in experiences. Responsibilities include maintenance work (painting, drywall repairs, replacing batteries, light bulbs, blinds, doors, caulking, power washing), inspections and documentation of unit condition, light housekeeping, grounds cleanliness, and potential general administrative tasks (office/clubhouse/amenities management, filing, package handling). Must be 18+, capable of lifting heavy items (up to 100 lbs), and able to perform extensive physical activity; equal employment opportunity employer.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older by date of start
- Must be able to lift and move equipment and other items
- Frequent physical movement required
- Ability to stand for long periods of time (8+ hours)
- Able to perform maintenance and light housekeeping duties
- Willing to support administrative tasks as needed
- Eligibility to work in United States (no visa sponsorship)
