Job Summary
Seasonal Property Operations Support role focusing on apartment turnover during 4-8 week periods. Responsibilities include miscellaneous maintenance (painting, drywall repairs, replacing batteries, light bulbs, blinds, doors; caulking; power washing; trash and furniture removal), assisting in apartment inspections and documenting unit condition, light housekeeping, grounds upkeep, and potential general administrative tasks (opening/closing offices and amenities, organizing files). Requires strong customer service, effective communication, physical ability to lift up to 100 lbs, frequent movement, and flexibility to support various duties during the turnover season. On-site position located in Ithaca, NY; no visa sponsorship provided.
Required Qualifications
- All-in attitude and eagerness to help in a variety of capacities
- Good communication skills and a strong customer service mindset
- Willing and able to lift and move equipment, trash bags, and other miscellaneous items both indoors and outdoors
- Frequent physical movement expected
- Must be 18 years of age or older by date of start
- Extensive mobility including the ability to lift 100 lbs. as necessary, kneel/crouch/crawl and climb to reach items
- Stand for long periods (8+ hours) and perform related physical activities

- Ability to work full-time or part-time temporary schedules during turnover period
