Seasonal Property Operations Support

Seasonal Property Operations Support needed to assist with apartment turnover for a 4-8 week period. Responsibilities include maintenance tasks (painting, drywall, replacing batteries, bulbs, blinds, doors, caulking, power washing), trash and furniture removal, participating in apartment inspections, basic housekeeping, grounds upkeep, and potential light administrative duties such as office/clubhouse/amenities management and package handling. Must be able to lift up to 100 lbs, stand for long periods, and perform physically demanding tasks. Must be eligible to work in the United States and be 18+; no visa sponsorship offered.
