Job Summary
Seasonal Property Operations Support to assist with apartment turnover during a 4-8 week period. Responsibilities include maintenance tasks (painting, drywall repairs, replacing batteries, light bulbs, blinds, doors, caulking), power washing, trash and furniture removal/installation, and participating in apartment inspections with documentation of unit condition. Provides light housekeeping and may perform general administrative tasks such as opening/closing and maintaining the office, clubhouse, and amenities, and organizing files. Requires ability to lift up to 100 lbs and prolonged physical activity; emphasizes a flexible, team-oriented, customer-service mindset. Eligible to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship offered. Minnesota-based pay range described as base salary plus bonus and benefits; hourly wage specifics shown as Minnesota pay range.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older by start date
- Able to lift and move equipment, trash bags, and other items
- Frequent physical movement and mobility including standing for long periods (8+ hours)
- Willing to assist in maintenance, cleaning, and administrative tasks
