Seasonal Property Operations Support

Seasonal property operations support for apartment turnover at The Scion Group. Responsibilities include maintenance tasks (painting, drywall repairs, replacing batteries, light bulbs, blinds and doors, caulking, power washing), trash and furniture removal, assisting in apartment inspections and documenting unit condition, light housekeeping, grounds maintenance, and potential general administrative duties (office/clubhouse/amenities). Must be able to lift and move items (up to 100 lbs) with extensive mobility; 18+ years old; positions are full-time and part-time temporary for 4-8 weeks; no visa sponsorship.
