Job Summary
Seasonal property operations support for apartment turnover at The Scion Group. Temporary full-time and part-time roles last 4-8 weeks, assisting with maintenance tasks (painting, drywall repairs, batteries, light bulbs, blinds, doors, caulking, power washing), inspections and documentation of unit condition, light housekeeping, grounds upkeep, and possible administrative duties (opening/closing offices, clubhouse, and amenities; organizing files; handling packages). Requires physical stamina, the ability to lift up to 100 lbs, and a strong customer-service mindset. Must be able to work in the United States with no visa sponsorship provided; must be 18+ at start. Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older by date of start
- Ability to lift and move equipment, trash bags, and other items indoors and outdoors; frequent physical movement is expected
- Good communication skills and strong customer service mindset
- Willing and able to lift 100 lbs as necessary; extensive mobility including kneeling, crouching, crawling, climbing
- Ability to stand for long periods (8+ hours) and perform bending, climbing ladders, lifting, carrying, reaching, and other physical tasks
