Job Summary
Upload videos daily to NFL YouTube channels, focusing on short-form vertical content while ensuring titles and descriptions meet brand, legal, and editorial standards. Select, edit, and reformat content from podcasts and social media to engage fans across multiple NFL channels. Monitor consumption and performance analytics to share insights with colleagues, and attend production meetings to position and package new content concepts. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize content for YouTube, while researching NFL history for pertinent projects. This seasonal role requires flexible hours including weekends and holidays, with onsite presence at an NFL office or stadium.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience programming and creating content for YouTube
- Strong knowledge of NFL football (Teams, Players, History, Major Storylines)
- Strong Adobe Photoshop and Premiere skills and demonstrated ability in all aspects of video production
- Must be willing and able to work flexible hours, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, Holidays, and special events/instances of breaking news
- Up to 7-month seasonal employment
- Onsite presence at an NFL office or stadium location
