Seasonal Production Associate

Stack a variety of products, ranging from 5lb to 40lb bags, onto standard pallets while maintaining neat and square alignment. Monitor product quality for deviations such as improperly tied bags, foreign objects, or yellow ice, and learn to start and stop the line as needed. Keep the immediate work area and entire facility clean according to the Master Cleaning Schedule and report potential hazards to the supervisor. Maintain high safety standards while lifting and stacking up to 45lbs throughout 12-hour shifts in temperatures between 45 and 60 degrees. Lead and participate in Kaizen and value stream mapping activities to drive continuous process improvements. Adhere to the Code of Business Ethics and support Reddy Ice's mission to distribute approximately 1.8 million tons of ice annually to a diversified customer base.
