Job Summary
Support Product Operations projects across NFL.com, the NFL app, Club Sites, and other owned digital platforms by creating runbooks, documentation, workflows, and escalation paths for new products and seasonal initiatives. Track project deliverables, open issues, and launch readiness items while partnering with cross-functional teams to validate stream availability and monitor user-facing experiences during live game days, preseason, and tentpole events. Report and escalate issues in real time to minimize disruption, then assist with post-event documentation and follow-up to improve future coverage. Provide operational support for live streaming and content programming on web, mobile, tablet, and CTV platforms throughout the 7-month seasonal role.

- Availability to work on all NFL Game Days, including Preseason, Regular Season, and Playoffs, in-office, as well as holidays such as Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas, New Year's Eve, and New Year's
- Sound knowledge of sports and digital sports products
- Must be flexible to work weekends (specifically Sundays in-season)
- Must be able to work all NFL Game Days, including Preseason, Regular Season and Playoffs, in-office
- Must be able to work on holidays (e.g. Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas, New Year's Eve, New Year's)
- Required to work from Inglewood, CA office
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science or Arts degree in business, marketing, communications, computer science, or related field is preferred
- 1-3 years' experience coordinating and supporting digital products in a sports entertainment, digital, media or related industry
- Prior experience with Live event support
- Prior experience with Content Management Systems (CMS)
- Prior experience in operational support of a web and mobile based applications
- Ability to comprehend and document business rules effectively
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
- Avid interest and knowledge of NFL football
