Job Summary
Seasonal Process Operator on 1st shift at East Plant. Responsibilities include performing safety checks on equipment, executing daily assignments under supervision, maintaining housekeeping, safely operating a forklift to transport materials, ensuring materials are stocked and available, learning multiple automated pieces of equipment, communicating production-line performance to peers/supervisors, conducting manufacturing inspections for quality, and adhering to plant safety rules. Requires ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, read/write English, and willingness to overtime; High School diploma or equivalent and 1+ years of production experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Ability to drive a forklift
- English literacy
- Ability to read and write English and/or follow instructions
- Willingness to work mandatory overtime including weekends and holidays
- Able to lift 50 pounds
- Able to stand for 8-12 hours a day
