Job Summary
Establish rapport with VIP clients and guests within the Hospitality and Premium Services Department by handling ad hoc requests for live entertainment events. Distribute client gifting across NTC grounds and manage pick-up and drop-offs at the loading dock. Assist with daily private events in club spaces and act as a liaison between the Premier Club Team and other departments including Merchandise, Ticketing, and Facilities. Maintain discretion when handling sensitive matters while remaining organized and calm under high-pressure conditions. This seasonal role supports the 2026 US Open team, offering a $20 hourly rate with overtime eligibility and a $35 daily meal allowance.
Required Qualifications
- Capable of lifting and carrying boxes up to 30 pounds
