Job Summary
Seasonal Post-production Project Coordinator supports Project Managers in NFL Films’ Production Budgeting and Management Department for league marketing campaign work. Responsibilities include assisting with budgeting, actualizing, invoicing/timecards/expenses, final project billing, maintaining detailed project records, coordinating across internal teams (Scheduling, Engineering, Editors), supervising post sessions (virtual and in person), flagging scope changes with Producers/PMs, updating production calendars and briefs, managing client requests and providing clear status updates with timelines and resourcing, and ensuring delivery of final materials to clients. Requires a BA/BS in a media-related, business, or project-management program and 1-2 years office experience; proficient in MS Excel and Teams; strong organizational, communication, judgment, and interpersonal skills; ability to multi-task, maintain confidentiality, and manage budgets and schedules.
Required Qualifications
- College Degree-BA or BS in a Media related or business or Project Management program
- 1-2 years professional office experience
- Extremely proficient in MS Office products, especially Excel and Teams
- Must have exceptional organizational, communication, judgment, and interpersonal skills
- Experience with budgeting and planning/scheduling and managing of projects
- Client handling experience
- A strong ability to multi-task and detail oriented
- Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality
