Job Summary
Seasonal Pool Expo Food Runner at Spanish Hills Club. Responsibilities include performing pre- and post-work shift duties; providing immediate attention to members and guests upon seating; relaying orders between front of house and back of house; ensuring orders are fired correctly and served in a timely fashion; overseeing final plate presentation with proper garnishing and cleanliness; delivering food to members/guests with appropriate towels; monitoring guest satisfaction and addressing any complaints; cleaning assigned areas, performing closing duties, and attending pre-meal line-ups; adhering to sanitation practices and club policies for alcohol service; and executing other duties as assigned by the Food & Beverage Manager. Requires the ability to walk within the property, high level of customer service, availability including weekends/holidays/nights, ability to work outdoors, basic computer skills, adaptability to last-minute changes, teamwork with bussers and cooks, and maintaining professional presentation.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to walk from one place to another inside the property
- Must have the ability to provide the highest level of customer service in the industry
- Flexibility of hours :: Full Availability - must be willing to work all weekends, holidays, nights
- Must be able to handle outside work environment
- Basic computer and touch screen
- Must be able to handle last minute changes in a daily routine
- A positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure with bussers, cooks, and other staff.
- Able to perform high-quality work while unsupervised.
- Ability to anticipate and understand guests’ needs.
