Job Summary
Utilize the Jennifer system to accurately pick items based on order requests and pack them for shipment, ensuring secure packing and correct labeling. Communicate with supervisors regarding discrepancies or order issues while adhering to all safety policies. Work Sunday through Thursday from 11:00pm to 7:00am, with overtime opportunities including Saturday shifts during peak season. This seasonal role is expected to last through the facility's peak season, with potential full-time employment offered post-season.
Required Qualifications
- Previous warehouse, distribution, or logistics experience
- Basic math skills for accuracy in order picking
- Proven success working in fast-paced, high-demand seasonal periods
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and lift throughout duration of 8 to 10-hour shift
- Ability to communicate effectively in English (written and verbal) to be able to collaborate with team members and follow direction from leadership
- Mandatory and overtime hours based on needs of the business
- Shift: Sunday-Thursday, 11:00pm-7:00am, with overtime including Saturday (9:00pm-5:00am)
