Seasonal Personal Stylist Support duties include assisting top sellers by supporting the selling process, setting up customer fitting rooms with merchandise selected by the salesperson, supporting department goals, and building positive relationships. Responsibilities also include daily department maintenance tasks such as stock work, re-merchandising, display, price markdowns, merchandise transfers and light cleaning. The role requires strong relationship-building with customers and coworkers, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, organizational and follow-through abilities, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced retail environment.
