Seasonal Patient Access Representative

Pre-admit, register, and route patients while interviewing them to collect demographic and financial data for the electronic record system. Verify insurance benefits, explain financial requirements, and collect outstanding patient portions. Escort visitors and staff, collaborating with administration, physicians, and management to support the overall patient experience. Mentor new associates and assist with orientation. Requires high school diploma, BLS certification, and office experience in a healthcare environment.
