Seasonal Patient Access Representative

Create a positive impression for patients, family members, visitors, and staff by performing pre-admitting, admitting, registering, routing, or escorting tasks. Interview individuals to obtain demographic and financial information for registration or admission, then record data in the electronic record system. Verify insurance benefits, explain financial requirements, and collect outstanding patient portions. Serve as a mentor to new associates and assist with orientation. This role supports administration, management, physicians, and other staff to enhance the overall patient experience. Full-time residents of Summit, Park, Eagle, Grand, Clear Creek, or Lake Counties may qualify for a $400/month housing stipend.
