Job Summary
Implement maintenance standards to ensure machine reliability and adhere to compliance regulations. Conduct daily or weekly storeroom cycle counts, gain approvals, and record documentation. Perform goods receipt on incoming shipments and kit work orders to prepare the maintenance team. Review non-moving and obsolete stock, manage new parts requests, and lead storeroom management training. Facilitate stakeholder meetings and participate in PDCA meetings to update part availability. Serve as the Factory SAP CMMS super user to manage reporting on inventory accuracy and critical maintenance KPIs. Monday through Friday, 5:00 AM to 1:30 PM, with a shift differential of 6-8%.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work related experience
- Minimum 5 years maintenance or technical lead experience in high speed manufacturing
- Minimum 3 years experience in stores management or project management
- Ability to read and interpret complex technical parts manuals, catalogues, SOP's
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven track record in delivering results through others by working with cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of Continuous Improvement Methodologies (LEAN, DMAIC, 5why, BDA, TPM)
- Proficient in SAP, AMM, and CMMS systems
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams)
- Ability to critically analyze data and clearly explain the results
- Self-motivated and able to manage time independently
- Candidates must possess strong English language skills to effectively communicate with customers and provide exceptional service
- Proficiency in English is essential for understanding customer needs, resolving inquiries, and collaborating with team members
Desired Qualifications
- Certification in Industrial Maintenance or Project Management preferred
- Minimum 5 years maintenance or technical lead experience in high speed manufacturing, food/beverage experience is preferred
