Job Summary
Greet guests with a friendly attitude, answer questions about merchandise, and recommend products to create a wardrobing experience. Assist with cashiering, check out purchases, and prepare items for alterations while maintaining a clean, organized store floor. Manage visual merchandise displays, handle freight, and perform price markdowns to maximize sales and turn. Recognize and prevent security risks, follow loss prevention guidelines, and balance cash drawers. Work flexible shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays based on store needs.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, which may include mornings, evenings, and weekends, and the day of/day after Thanksgiving and Christmas, based upon store and business needs.
- Physical ability to lift and maneuver 30lbs throughout the store and backroom.
