Job Summary
Seasonal Part-Time Sales Teammate focused on delivering legendary guest service and meeting sales goals through proactive engagement, merchandising, and store operations. Responsibilities include greeting guests, answering questions, recommending and locating merchandise, creating a positive shopping experience, processing transactions, maintaining knowledge of promotions and policies, executing displays and merchandise pull/stock, assisting with special orders and alterations coordination, following loss prevention procedures, and adhering to POS processes. Includes responsibilities for training/recruiting-related activities, maintaining store presentation, and contributing to a collaborative, ethical, and customer-focused team environment. Schedule flexibility including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holiday shifts; no supervisory responsibilities.
