Job Summary
Seasonal Part-time Nabisco Merchandiser with Mondelēz International. Responsibilities include merchandising in stores, stocking shelves, maintaining or changing displays, ensuring brand visibility per Mondelēz guidelines, coordinating with Sales Representatives to follow negotiated plans, and visiting stores according to the DSD Merchandising Steps. Role requires driving own vehicle (mileage reimbursed), lifting up to 25 lbs (with occasional heavier lifting), and working a early-morning, seasonal schedule across Brownsville and South Padre Island, TX from June 1, 2026 to September 30, 2026. End-of-season bonus of $750.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Valid driver's license issued by the state of residence
- Ability to drive personal vehicle to a variety of store locations (mileage reimbursed)
- Basic physical ability: lifting up to 25 lbs, occasional pushing/pulling over 50 lbs
- Retail/grocery experience is a plus
- Live within 25 miles of primary location (Brownsville, TX) or secondary location (South Padre Island, TX)
- Availability for seasonal, part-time schedule 15-24 hours/week on Sundays, Tuesdays, Fridays, Saturdays starting at 5 am
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment
