Job Summary
Seasonal Part-Time Course Services role at Tetherow in Bend, OR. You will provide excellent customer service to members and guests to ensure an extraordinary golf experience, clean, stage, and maintain the golf transportation fleet, set up and break down the golf course range and practice areas, assist members and guests with their golf bags, and represent the resort professionally at all times. Must have at least one year of golf course services or golf-industry experience, strong customer service and communication skills, the ability to coach teammates on these skills, a valid driver’s license, and a flexible weekend/holiday schedule. Required Qualifications
- Minimum of one year of golf course services experience or experience in the golf industry
- Solid understanding of the game of golf and golf industry knowledge
- Exceptional customer service, communication, and motivational skills
- Ability to coach and guide other team members on these skills
- Valid driver’s license
- Flexible schedule with availability on weekends and holidays
