Job Summary
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all customers, embodying customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards while accurately processing purchases, returns, and change. Support store recovery needs throughout the day, uphold merchandising procedures, and participate in safety awareness and shrink reduction goals. May be cross-trained to work in multiple areas as needed. Requires excellent customer service skills, strong communication abilities, and the capacity to lift heavy objects. Flexible schedule required to support business needs. Starting pay range is $15.00 to $15.50 per hour.
