Job Summary
Proactively tell the palace and exhibition's stories in an engaging and entertaining style while ensuring accuracy in the content delivered. Deliver history talks as part of the Kensington Palace offer and provide the highest level of customer service to create memorable experiences for all visitors. Ensure the day-to-day safety and security of the palaces, collection, and guests while undertaking cross-role working to support the operational running of the palace as required. The role supports the 'Dress Codes' exhibition featuring pieces worn by historical figures. Full-time and part-time roles are available from 3rd March 2025 to 30th November 2025, including weekend working. Candidates must have experience in customer service and working as part of a team.
