Seasonal Outpatient Physical Therapist

Conduct thorough physical therapy evaluations to assess patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans. Administer safe and effective therapy treatments while ensuring all interventions are accurately documented. Reassess and adjust treatment plans within appropriate timeframes to align with patient progress and changing needs. Provide clear, concise documentation of evaluations, progress notes, and billing information. Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises and post-treatment care. Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to ensure continuity of care. Maintain compliance with facility policies regarding safety and infection control. Requires a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) and state license.
