Job Summary
Cultivate cannabis plants through pruning, defoliating, trellising, and nutrient application while monitoring crop health and reporting concerns. Harvest mature plants by bucking, trimming, weighing, bagging, and labeling material. Maintain outdoor fields by mowing lawns, managing weeds, mulching, clearing brush, and keeping walking paths and infrastructure clean. Assist with fencing, irrigation lines, and equipment maintenance. This seasonal day shift runs Monday through Friday with occasional Saturdays from August through October. Day shift.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Reliable transportation
- Applicants should be able to work outdoors for extended periods in varying weather conditions
- Applicants should be able to stand, bend, kneel, squat, and walk throughout the day
- Applicants should be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Applicants should be able to perform repetitive physical tasks safely
- Applicants should be able to work in direct sunlight during the summer months
Desired Qualifications
- Two or more years of experience in landscaping, farming, agriculture, construction, grounds maintenance, nursery work, or similar outdoor labor preferred
- Previous cannabis experience is a plus, but not required
- Applicants with landscaping, lawn care, tree service, grounds maintenance, golf course, nursery, or farm experience are highly encouraged to apply
- Passionate about agriculture, horticulture, landscaping, or farming
