Job Summary
Utilize voice-picking software and operate powered industrial equipment to build delivery loads by pulling defined inventory quantities onto pallets for customer orders. Ensure orders are secure for transport before loading into trucks, then stage completed pallets in designated shipping areas. Perform daily equipment inspections and minor maintenance to maintain safe operation, while restocking picking areas as needed. Complete required training and attend assigned meetings to assist with special projects. This seasonal role runs Monday through Friday from 4:30 PM until finish through September 11 at a rate of $22.75/hr. Candidates must obtain pallet jack certification within one month and possess a high school diploma or GED.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma (or GED)
- Ability to obtain pallet jack operator certification within one month after hire date
- Ability to perform essential functions with little or no supervision
- Ability to work weekends and holidays as directed by the business
- Ability to lift 50 pounds frequently; may be repetitive
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience in a warehouse environment
- Prior experience using a pallet jack (manual or power) or forklift
