Job Summary
Deliver refined food and beverage service within a designated station, ensuring tables are impeccably prepared before, during, and after service. Manage all service activities by coordinating with kitchen, bar, and colleagues to maintain smooth operations while handling guest requests with professionalism. Develop thorough knowledge of menus, ingredients, wine pairings, and daily specials to anticipate needs and exceed expectations. Accurately process orders and payments using the hotel's POS system while maintaining exceptional cleanliness and presentation standards throughout the restaurant. Support the training of junior team members when required and comply with all health, hygiene, and food safety regulations. This seasonal opportunity runs from mid-November 2026 through April 2027 for Eden Roc Cap Cana, a Relais & Châteaux member and Two Michelin Keys recipient.
Required Qualifications
- Advanced English proficiency
- Previous experience as a Chef de Rang, Senior Waiter, or a similar role in a luxury hotel, fine dining restaurant, or upscale resort
- Strong knowledge of international food and beverage service standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance
- Genuine passion for hospitality
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining exceptional service standards
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Positive attitude
- Collaborative team spirit
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays during the seasonal operation
