Seasonal Operations Specialist

Job Summary
Conduct daily facility operations in Othello, WA, including cleaning, sweeping, grounds maintenance, and preparing trucks for loading and unloading. Operate heavy machinery to load and unload agricultural inputs, control load-out functions, and monitor automated scale/dump systems. Perform warehouse duties such as forklift operation, inventory quality monitoring, and equipment maintenance while keeping work areas safe and orderly. Deliver products to customer sites and promptly report safety concerns or maintenance needs. This seasonal role runs through November or December with extended hours during peak season, requiring availability for outdoor work in adverse conditions. Candidates must be dependable, safety-focused, and able to lift 75 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- Knowledge of Operations and/or Business Operations
- Must meet minimum age requirement
- Ability to operate machinery such as loaders, conveyors, tractors, and track mobile
- Ability to work extended hours during peak seasons to meet business demands
- Ability to lift 75 pounds
- Ability to climb ladders, stairs, and bins
- Ability to work in dust and adverse weather conditions and temperatures
Desired Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED preferred
- CDL license or ability to attain one with Hazmat endorsement preferred
- Agriculture experience preferred
- Forklift certification preferred
