Seasonal Operations Specialist

Job Summary
Develop and maintain knowledge of commodities handled at the location while complying with company policy and government regulations. Prepare trucks for loading and unloading, operating heavy or light duty machinery to load and unload agricultural inputs. Control and monitor load out functions, understand automated dump systems, and conduct daily maintenance tasks including lubrication and equipment inspections. Monitor inventory quality, keep work areas clean and safe, and perform grounds maintenance and warehouse operations such as forklift driving. Promptly report customer complaints, repair needs, or safety concerns to the supervisor.
Required Qualifications
- Knowledge of Operations and/or Business Operations
- Must meet minimum age requirement
- Ability to operate machinery such as loaders, conveyors, tractors, and track mobile
- Ability to work extended hours during peak seasons to meet business demands
- Ability to lift 75 pounds
- Ability to climb ladders, stairs, and bins
- Ability to work in dust and adverse weather conditions and temperatures
Desired Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED preferred
