Seasonal Operations Specialist in Hettinger, ND responsible for loading/unloading agronomy and fertilizer/chemical products, preparing trucks and railcars, operating heavy/light machinery, maintaining inventory quality, delivering products to customer sites, and performing general labor and maintenance tasks. The role supports safety and regulatory compliance, requires coordinating with customers, and offers overtime with potential to convert to full-time after the season.
Required Qualifications
- Knowledge of Operations and/or Business Operations
- Must meet minimum age requirement
- Ability to operate machinery such as loaders, conveyors, tractors, and track mobile
- Ability to work extended hours during peak seasons to meet business demands
- High School diploma or GED preferred
- CDL license or ability to attain one with Hazmat endorsement preferred
- Agriculture experience preferred
- Forklift certification preferred
