Job Summary
Seasonal Operations Specialist in Rockford, WA supporting daily facility operations and customer service. Performs general labor duties including cleaning, sweeping, and routine maintenance, loads/unloads agricultural inputs, samples seed, prepares trucks for loading/unloading, and monitors inventory. Works with equipment and automated systems, assists with quality control, and ensures safe, efficient operations in a fast-paced, physical environment with extended hours during peak season. Emphasizes safety, reliability, and professional interaction with customers to maintain inventory integrity and service levels.
Required Qualifications
- Knowledge of Operations and/or Business Operations
- Must meet minimum age requirement
- Ability to operate machinery such as loaders, conveyors, tractors, and track mobile
- Ability to work extended hours during peak seasons
- High School diploma or GED preferred
- Forklift certification preferred
- Pre-employment screenings may be required (drug, criminal, motor vehicle, physical requirements, and FMCSA Clearinghouse)
